Another piece that contributes to wellness is movement. The objective is becoming more self-aware of how we move throughout the day. Only then can we can learn what it might take to develop actionable strategies that encourage more movement each day.

Through consistency, we build momentum and with momentum, we continue to progress in our health. We must grow to love the process and not fixate on the end result because life is a long ride.

While there are many specific and negative stigmas associated with exercise, we must be careful on how we label exercise. Instead of “having to do workout/exercise”, look to it instead as a privilege. You don't have to do anything. You get to do it. The objective is finding something you enjoy and stick with.

Movement is a choice defined by you.

What works for some may not work for others. The important thing is to keep our bodies in motion and transition away from a sedentary lifestyle. Challenge your existing perspectives and learn how to become more resourceful and resilient with your movements.
